JACK MERRELL NOLEN III

Jack Merrell Nolen III has served as an assistant district attorney for the 24th Judicial District since earning his juris doctorate from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2014. Jack grew up in Fayette and graduated from Fayette County High School before earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Commerce and Business Management from UA in 2011.

He graduated summa cum laude from the University Honors Program and worked as an intern for the District Attorney’s Office in 2013. He grew up in a family of attorneys, including his grandfather Jack Merrell Nolen Sr., and his father, Hon. Merrell Nolen, who serves as District Court Judge of Fayette County.
